Refund policy

At KUROTSUCHI, we are committed to delivering premium quality clothing. Since our products are made on demand, we currently offer exchange only (no refunds).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product has original tags and packaging intact

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at jyotimanab787055@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will provide further instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a free replacement.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used, worn, or washed clothing

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds once the order has been delivered.
